Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ. These Terms and Conditions establish the rules and conditions applicable to the booking, purchase and use of our tourism services.
By making a reservation or purchasing any service offered by ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Information
ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ provides tourism services including tours, excursions, transportation, guided visits and other travel-related services described on our website or communicated directly to the client.
The services, itineraries, schedules, inclusions and conditions may vary depending on the tour or service selected. The specific information provided at the time of booking forms part of the conditions applicable to the reservation.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only once the required booking conditions have been completed.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including full name, passport or identification details when required, contact information, travel date and any other information necessary to provide the service.
ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the client.
3. Prices and Services
Prices are expressed in the currency indicated at the time of booking and correspond to the services specifically described in the selected tour or package.
Each service specifies what is included and excluded. Any service, entrance fee, meal, transportation, activity or additional expense not expressly included is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may be subject to change before a reservation is confirmed due to changes in supplier rates, entrance fees, transportation costs, taxes or other operational conditions.
4. Payment
The client must comply with the payment conditions communicated at the time of booking.
Depending on the service, ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ may require a prepayment or full payment to confirm the reservation.
The applicable conditions regarding advance payments, payment methods and outstanding balances are detailed in our Prepayment Policy.
5. Itineraries and Schedules
Tour itineraries and schedules are provided as a general guide and may be modified when necessary due to operational, weather, transportation, safety, governmental or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
The order of visits may also be changed without affecting the main components of the service.
ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in the reservation and to inform clients of significant changes whenever possible.
6. Transportation
Transportation services are provided according to the characteristics of each tour.
Pick-up times and meeting points must be respected by the client. Delays caused by the client may result in the loss of transportation or part of the scheduled itinerary without entitlement to a refund.
In shared transportation services, other passengers may be traveling as part of the same tour.
7. Entrance Fees and Tourist Tickets
Entrance fees, tourist tickets and permits are included only when expressly indicated in the corresponding tour description.
The client is responsible for carrying the necessary identification documents and complying with the requirements established by archaeological sites, museums, protected areas, transportation companies and other service providers.
Changes in entrance fees or access conditions imposed by authorities or third-party operators may result in additional costs.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

9. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items unless such responsibility is established under applicable law.
Clients are advised to avoid carrying unnecessary valuables and to keep passports, money, electronic devices and other important belongings secure.
10. Health, Physical Condition and Special Requirements
Certain tours involve walking, hiking, high-altitude environments, uneven terrain, water activities or other physical demands.
The client is responsible for informing ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ before the service if they have any relevant requirements that could affect their participation.
Clients should evaluate whether the selected activity is appropriate for their individual circumstances and follow the recommendations of their healthcare professional when applicable.
For tours involving high altitude, clients should take appropriate precautions and inform their guide immediately if they experience significant discomfort during the activity.

Any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be handled according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the conditions imposed by the relevant suppliers.
12. Third-Party Services
Some tourism services may involve third-party providers, including transportation companies, airlines, rail operators, hotels, restaurants, local guides and attraction operators.
These providers may have their own terms, operating conditions and restrictions. ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ will coordinate the contracted services and communicate relevant information to clients whenever applicable.
13. Photography and Promotional Material
During tours, photographs or audiovisual material may be taken for operational or promotional purposes.

Clients are encouraged to review the applicable cancellation conditions before completing their reservation.
16. Complaints and Service Issues
If a client experiences a problem during the provision of a service, they should notify ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ as soon as reasonably possible so that the company can evaluate the situation and attempt to provide an appropriate solution.
Complaints submitted after the completion of the service should include sufficient information to allow the matter to be reviewed.
17. Acceptance of These Terms
By making a reservation, making a payment or using a service provided by ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with the policies applicable to their reservation.

ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in its services, operational procedures or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to a reservation will generally be the version accepted by the client at the time the reservation is confirmed, unless a subsequent change is required by law or agreed with the client.
