At ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ, we aim to make the reservation process clear, secure, and straightforward. The following policy explains how reservations are requested, confirmed, and managed for our tours and travel services.
1. Reservation Request
To request a reservation, travelers must provide the information required for the selected service, which may include:
- Full name of each traveler
- Passport or identification details when required
- Preferred travel date
- Number of travelers
- Accommodation details, when applicable
- Contact information
- Any special requirements or relevant travel information
Providing accurate information is the traveler’s responsibility. ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the traveler.
2. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ has confirmed the availability of the requested service and the required payment or prepayment has been received, when applicable.
A request, quotation, conversation, or provisional booking does not by itself guarantee availability.
Once the reservation has been confirmed, the traveler will receive confirmation through the agreed communication channel, such as email or WhatsApp.
3. Availability
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Certain services, including Machu Picchu visits, train services, flights, hotels, and other third-party services, may have limited availability and may require advance booking.
Availability may vary depending on the travel date, number of travelers, selected service, and operating conditions.
4. Booking Information
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the reservation details before confirmation, including:
- Travel date
- Number of travelers
- Tour or service selected
- Meeting or pickup point
- Departure time
- Accommodation details, when applicable
- Passenger information
- Services included and excluded
- Any additional conditions communicated at the time of booking
If any information is incorrect, the traveler should notify ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ as soon as possible.
5. Group Reservations
For group reservations, the person making the booking is responsible for providing accurate information for all participants and for communicating the applicable reservation conditions to the members of the group.
Changes to the number of travelers may affect availability, transportation arrangements, accommodation, entrance tickets, or the total price.
6. Special Requests
Travelers may inform us of special requirements or preferences when making their reservation.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, special requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Examples may include dietary requirements, mobility considerations, room preferences, transportation requests, or other specific arrangements.
7. Third-Party Services
Some services included in our travel packages are operated by third-party providers, such as:
- Hotels
- Train companies
- Airlines
- Transportation companies
- Restaurants
- Local guides
- Entrance-ticket operators
- Other tourism service providers
Reservations involving third parties may be subject to their own availability, operating conditions, and reservation policies.
8. Changes to a Reservation
If a traveler wishes to modify a confirmed reservation, the request must be communicated to ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges, fare differences, administrative fees, or penalties imposed by third-party providers.
Not all reservations can be modified after confirmation, particularly services involving limited availability or non-refundable tickets.
9. Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for providing valid personal information and ensuring that they meet the requirements necessary for their trip, including:
- Valid travel documents
- Passport or identification requirements
- Visa requirements, when applicable
- Health or vaccination requirements, when applicable
- Any other documentation required for the destination or service
Travelers should verify that their documents are valid before traveling.
10. Communication
ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ may contact travelers using the contact information provided during the reservation process.
Travelers are responsible for checking the information communicated by the agency regarding their reservation, including schedules, meeting points, changes, and other relevant instructions.
11. Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Reservations are also subject to our Prepayment Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy, which establish the applicable payment, cancellation, refund, and modification conditions.
By confirming a reservation, the traveler acknowledges and accepts the applicable policies and conditions communicated by ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ.
12. Acceptance of the Reservation Policy
By requesting and confirming a reservation with ANDEAN ROUTES PERÚ, the traveler acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Reservation Policy, together with the applicable Terms and Conditions and other policies related to the booked service.
